The rotogravure department makes use of two machines of the latest generation.
- one machine with 8 colours, specialized for small quantity production batches
- one machine with 10 colours specialized for large quantity production batches
The machinery allows printing on a maximum area of 1300 mm: various finishes can be applied, including gloss, matt, tactile and cold-seal film.
All of our machines are equipped with modern systems for the monitoring of cylinder printing, defects and production line checks on bar-code reading.
The department is equipped with a colour mixing machine which allows the creation and storage of colour recipes that guarantee constant printing tonality over extended time periods.
