Flexographic printing

The flexographic printing department makes use of 3 of the latest generation machines:

• One machine with 8 colours for small quantity production batches
• 2 machines with 10 and 11 colours for larger quantity production batches.

The maximum printing area is 1300mm and finishes can be gloss, matt and tactile.

All of our machines are equipped with modern systems for the monitoring of cylinder printing, defects and production line checks on bar-code reading.

The department is equipped with a colour mixing machine which allows the creation and storage of colour recipes that guarantee constant printing tonality over long time periods.
